It also sends a clear message to the future administration that nobody is above the law. But Mr. Clark can't do it alone. We must all take responsibility to demand from Congress that they have a clear duty to bring the Bush administration to justice. They failed to impeach the Bush administration for its many crimes in pursuit of its policies of military dominance and its concentration of global wealth in fewer hands.
